rondabout: Multibanco, Cemitério and Centro Cultural = parking.
We walk along old windmills, through
the wood and the fields overlooking the ocean and the bay
And we end with a typical soup

Tuesday-evening at 18h:
São Martinho do
Porto and the monks of Alcobaça.
Meeting point at the tourism office.
To the historic village centre, from
there through the countryside and along the ocean,

Wednesday-morning at 9h30:
Caldas da Rainha
and Queen Leonor:
Meeting point at the railwaystation
of Caldas da Rainha.
We walk through the town, along the
spa hospital, through the park and the wood
And on the market we prove small
specialities from this town and from Portugal.
4,5 km = 2,8 miles = +- 3 hours.
PRICE = 8 EURO.
Every
Thursday-evening at 18h:
Óbidos, “queens
village”.
Meeting point in front of the
tourism office, near the parking:
This is a historic walk where I tell
you about the people who lived here.
We will taste some Portugese cheese
and sauciges.
4 km = 2,5 miles = 2hours 30’+
taste. PRICE = 12 EURO.
Every
Friday-afternoon at 14h:
Cycling along
the Foz do Arelho lagoon and his mermaids.
Meeting point at the tourism office,
near the parking because there we will rent the bicycles.
We pass by small villages; enjoy a
picnic and cycle along the lagoon and the river, back to Óbidos.
25 km = 15,6 miles = +- 4 hours.
PRICE = 15 euros.
